Service
The word he chooses to describe his profession.
JOSÉ VINVENTE RAMIREZ
WHO AM I ?
SERVING HEALTH
28 years of commercial experience in the healthcare sector, including 17 in clinical nutrition. Everyone knows him as Chevi.
LISTENING ABOVE ALL
His conviction: one learns more by listening than by speaking. Understanding each person before proposing a solution.
MOTIVATED BY THE CHALLENGE
A dynamic profession, full of new challenges, that drives him to grow both personally and professionally.
His sales
method
José adapts his approach based on an analysis of sales, sales trends, and market share. He then sets his objectives, taking into account several variables: the type of client, identified needs, and the resources available to achieve them.
A concrete example: the rollout of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocols at the region’s largest hospital. This project required understanding the needs of every healthcare professional, tailoring the message to each specialty, and ensuring continuous coordination and monitoring.

You learn more by listening than by speaking.
A MOMENT OF PRIDE
After several years of collaboration with various medical specialties and numerous meetings, José succeeded in implementing ERAS (Enhanced Recovery After Surgery) protocols for abdominal surgery across the entire surgical department of one of the largest hospitals in his region. This initiative reduces hospital stays and pre- and post-operative complications — and tangibly improves the well-being of future patients.
Cultures and values
What makes the environment unique
The opportunity to help improve people’s health through projects with real impact.
The values that resonate with him
Shaping a better future, committing with heart and mind, and constantly striving for excellence.
International dimension
José does not yet collaborate directly with teams in other countries, but he fully appreciates the value of doing so: sharing experiences, knowledge, and best practices improves the company’s image among clients and brings Nutrisens closer to its goal of becoming a European leader in nutrition, health, and well-being. What he finds most rewarding is discovering different ways to meet client needs and approach problems.
His evolution
Internal: An ongoing transformation—shifting from a family-business model to a multinational organization—which is driving changes in processes, structure, and ways of working.
External: A generational shift among healthcare professionals, as the individuals who pioneered clinical nutrition retire.
The opportunity: To build new relationships and expand into hospitals or regions that are currently underserved.
