Our products take into account the lack of functioning of the kidneys, treat malnutrition states of dialyzed patients, limit salt intake as to prevent <strong>water retention<\/strong> and high blood pressure, and limit potassium and phosphorus intake to prevent muscular dysfunctions.<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>Vegetable and mozzarella recipe<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<h2>\n\t<span style=\"color:#43a3d7;\">Ingredients :<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\n\t<b><i>For 6 people\u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t8 to 10 lasagna sheets<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t3 eggplants<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t250g of fresh tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t1 pepper<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t100g of mozzarella<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\u00bd bunch of parsley<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t\u00bd bunch of basil<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t1 tablespoon of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t30g of breadcrumbs\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\n\t<br \/><b>B\u00e9chamel sauce\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t50cL of oat milk<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t40g of corn flour<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t20g of butter<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tNutmeg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t<span style=\"color:#43a3d7;\">Preparation :<\/span><\/h2>\n<div>\n\tFirst, prepare the vegetables.<\/div>\n<div>\n\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\tWash the eggplants. Cut the extremities. Cut the eggplant lengthwise into thin slices. Squeeze a lemon over the eggplant to prevent it from getting brown. In a non-stick frying pan, fry the eggplant for about 3 minutes each side.<\/div>\n<div>\n\tWash the tomatoes. Using a small knife, remove the center. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Set aside. Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds and the white parts. Cut them in long slices and then in dices.<\/div>\n<div>\n\tWash the herbs. Remove the stalks from the parsley and the basil and chop them into fine pieces.<\/div>\n<div>\n\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\tPrepare the b\u00e9chamel.<\/div>\n<div>\n\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\tPlace the butter in a pan and let it melt. Add the corn flour. Mix well. Whilst stirring, add the oat milk, the nutmeg and some pepper.<\/div>\n<div>\n\tMix with a whip over medium high heat until the b\u00e9chamel thickens.<\/div>\n<div>\n\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\tPreheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/div>\n<div>\n\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\tDrain the mozzarella and cut it in very thin slices. Oil up the dish going into the oven.<\/div>\n<div>\n\tCover the bottom of the dish with a very thin layer of b\u00e9chamel. Cover the b\u00e9chamel with 2 sheets of lasagna. Layer eggplant, add half the chopped parsley and some pepper dices. Add a thin layer of b\u00e9chamel and cover with 2 sheets of lasagna. Add the tomatoes, the chopped basil and half the mozzarella. Cover with b\u00e9chamel. Add 2 sheets of lasagna.<\/div>\n<div>\n\t\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\n\tRepeat the operation eggplant, parsley and pepper dices. Pour the rest of the b\u00e9chamel and place the last 2 lasagna sheets on top. Finish by placing the last mozzarella slices. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
