However, the finger food solution is destined for any patients who have difficulties using silverware.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThese difficulties are often the consequences of dyspraxia, characterized by an inability to carry out a movement or a series of movements and is usually the result of a neurological deficit which can be caused by <a href=\"\/alzheimer\/\"><strong>Alzheimer\u2019s disease<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThese difficulties make it nearly impossible for patients with dyspraxia to cut food and eat it. Finger food can simplify eating and help patients maintain their autonomy, give them pleasure and help combat malnutrition.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<strong>&#8220;Ingot&#8221; of three cheeses and spices recipe\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\n\t<span style=\"color:#43a3d7;\">Ingredients :<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n\t\t130g of polenta<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t80g of camembert<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t80g of mascarpone<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t50g of parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t70g of white ham (1 thick slice)<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tFennel seeds<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\tPepper<\/li>\n<li>\n\t\t1 tablespoon of olive oil\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t<span style=\"color:#43a3d7;\">Preparation :<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\n\tPre-heat the oven at 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tRemove the crust of the camembert and parmesan cheese. Cut the cheese in dices. Remove the rind from the ham and cut the ham in cubes.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tBring 1L of water to a boil. Salt and add the olive oil. Remove from the heat and pour the polenta gradually whilst mixing continuously. Add the cheese dices. Add pepper.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tPut the preparation back on the heat to \u201cdry\u201d the polenta. As soon as the polenta starts to come off the walls of the pan, add the ham cubes and fennel seeds. Mix and it\u2019s ready!<\/p>\n<p>\n\tPour the polenta-ham mixture in the silicone ingot-shaped molds. Cook in the oven for 7 to 10 minutes.
